During Maison&Objet Paris, Women&Design convened its community for an intimate and distinguished evening at the restaurant of Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel—a setting as storied as the conversations it hosted.
Beneath the gilded ceilings of the Place de la Concorde landmark, the dinner unfolded as more than a social gathering: it was a moment of shared vision, bringing together influential women of the creative industries alongside committed male allies who actively shape the cultural landscape. Design, architecture, art, and editorial worlds converged around the table, united by a belief in collaboration, visibility, and the future of creative leadership.
Among the guests were Antoine Ménard, Chief Creative Officer of Paris Society; designer Constance Guisset; Isis-Colombe Combreas, co-founder of Milk Decoration and Harper’s Bazaar; interior architect Victoria-Maria Geyer; and Harry Nuriev, Designer of the Year for the January edition. They were joined by Tyler Billinger of Crosby Studios, Julien Sebban, founder of Uchronia, designer Jeremy Pradier-Jeauneau, and interior architect Dorothée Meilichzon.
The editorial sphere was represented by Danièle Gerkens, Editorial Director of Elle Décoration, Elle à Table and Art & Décoration, alongside journalist Sylvie Adigard. Industry leaders such as Sophie Salager, CEO of Manufacture de Couleuvre; Shaika Al Sulaiti; Corinna Kretschmar, founder of JOI Design; Anaïs Carion, Director of MAD Brussels; and Toni Black, Director of Blacksheep, further enriched the exchange.
Also present were Josephine Seidel-Leuteritz, founder of Women in Furniture and Editor-in-Chief of wohnklamotte.de; Louisa Verch, Founder and Director of apartmen; Esra Lemmens, founder of her eponymous agency and ambassador of contemporary design; artist Sandra Matamoros; designers Draga Obradovic and Aurel K. Basedow; Drew Lai; and Pooja Shah Mulani, Co-Director of LW.
Set against the elegance of the Crillon, the evening reflected the very ethos of Women&Design: fostering dialogue, championing creative excellence, and cultivating meaningful connections across disciplines. A quiet yet powerful reminder that design, at its most luxurious, is ultimately about people—and the worlds they imagine together.
